DictaWiz vs Superwhisper
Looking for a Superwhisper alternative for your iPhone?
Superwhisper is a Mac-first dictation app with a real offline mode. If you mainly want to dictate into any app on your iPhone, DictaWiz is built around that: a system keyboard that dictates and runs AI on the text, on the device.

What DictaWiz does that Superwhisper doesn't
Meetings and lectures, not just live dictation
Record a meeting, lecture, or interview and DictaWiz writes the transcript with each speaker labeled, then summarizes key points, decisions, and action items. Watch it fill in live as you record, or import an audio file or URL you already have.
Study tools built in
Turn any recording into flashcards, a quiz, or a mind map. Useful for a lecture, not as useful for a quick email reply, which is where DictaWiz's dictation and AI Skills take over instead.
Pay once, or don't pay at all
DictaWiz's core features work free, forever, on-device. The introductory Lifetime unlock is $69.99, one payment, for people who also want cloud engines or extra integrations.
To be fair: if what you want is Superwhisper's specific strengths, a Mac-first dictation app with local Whisper models and custom modes. DictaWiz isn't trying to be a drop-in replacement for that, it's a different tool built around offline meetings, notes, and study material.
